Rascal Charities, Inc is a 501c3 non-profit organization that helps provide sterilization services, health care, animal abuse and neglect assistance, shelter care, and education throughout the State of Ohio.

All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law and help us provide these services. Together we can make a difference in the lives of animals in Ohio.
